Another great thing about makeup, is that you can keep learning new tips and tricks. An amazing platform to learn these things is TikTok. All the amazing TikTok makeup influencers love to share their favourite hacks and that doesn’t stay unnoticed. We have search for some of these amazing hacks and we’ve put them in a list, so that you can try them all out yourself.
Who doesn’t love a good concealer? It’s amazing for covering up some blemishes or to brighten up your undereye. With this hack, you can easily apply concealer in a way that makes your face look amazing. Just pick your favourite concealer and start applying it on one side of your face. Start under your eye and then follow the contour of your nose. Go further to the middle part above your lips and go back by following the contour of your lips. Proceed the line over your cheek and finish it in the middle of your chin. Done? Then do the exact same on the other side of your face. When you’ve applied the concealer, you can start blending it out. After that your done and you’ll see that you look absolutely stunning!
Do you want an amazing eye look, but are you struggling with the right placement of the eyeshadow on your eyelid? Then you should definitely try this hack. The only thing you need is your favourite eyeshadow and an eyelash curler. Put the top of the eyelash curler on your eyelid and start applying eyeshadow above the eyelash curler, in the crease of your eye. After applying, buffer it out with another brush. Now use the handle bit and put it on the outer corner of your eye. Now you’re going to create a wing with the eyeshadow. Apply eyeshadow above the handle bit. You can try and use the bow of the top part of the eyelash curler to connect the two lines, but you can also keep it this way. Now you’ve created an amazing eye look without any trouble.
Eyeliner can look amazing, but it can be a real struggle getting both sides the same. With this hack, this won’t be a problem anymore! Just start to create a wing with concealer the way you like it. Do you screw up? No problem because you can easily wipe away the concealer. Are you happy with the way the wing looks? Then you can use a piece of plastic and gently press it against the concealer. This way you create some sort of mold. Turn the piece of plastic around and recreate the wing on the other side of the plastic. Now you can press the plastic on the lid of your other eye. This way, the wings look exactly the same. The only thing that you still have to do is overline the concealer with an eyeliner. Now you have a perfect eyeliner. How great is that?
Does your foundation simply not last all day, and does it tend to crease? Then please take a look at this makeup hack. First start with a good moisturizer. Just pick the one you like best. After that take some translucent powder and apply it lightly over your entire face. Get a great setting spray and just spray it all over. When you’re done with the setting spray and it dried, you take a nice primer and also apply this all over your face. Now it’s time for the foundation. Pick your favourite one and apply it the way you like. By prepping your face like this, your foundation will last all day and won’t crease.

Instead of applying your mascara up and down, run the brush through your lashes horizontally. After that, you can apply the rest of the mascara the way you used to. You’ll see that your lashes have way more volume and that it actually looks like you’re wearing false lashes.
Do you want to lift your face by just using makeup? Then we have some great news, cause it’s possible! By just using concealer on the right places, you can make your face look lifted. Use your favourite concealer and apply it on the following places: above the outer corner of your eyebrow, beneath the inner corner of your eye, beneath the outer corner of your eye, next to your nostrils, next to the outer corner of your lip, and beneath the place where you’d contour. Done? Then just blend it out. You’ll see that your face looks lifted, and you’ve achieved that with just using makeup.
Sometimes blending contour can mess up your base. With this makeup hack you can prevent that from happening and make your contour look more natural. First start by spraying your brush with some setting spray. Then first apply the concealer on the brush, instead of applying it on your face first. You can choose to put it on your hand before putting it on the brush, but it’s not necessary. Get the product into your brush and gently buff it into your face on the places that you’d like to contour. That way, you won’t ruing your base and the contour will look nice and natural.
Do you wear concealer under your eyes, and does it tend to crease throughout the day? Then this hack might be just what you’re looking for. You only need a good translucent powder and a powder puff. Apply the translucent powder under your eye with the powder puff and gently press and roll the powder onto your skin. This way, you can easily set your under eyes without having to worry that it’ll crease throughout the day.
